Monday through Friday work week. No holidays. No weekends. Fairly comfortable office environment. Solid Training when you start. Interviews are relaxed.

Cons

There are poor wages to start, followed by minimal raises each year. Insurance is outrageously expensive with very poor coverage.

Cons

Intimidation from new department head. Unrealistic deadlines. Favoritism. Poor worker moral. Rapid turnover rate since new department head took over. No one knows if they're going to have a job at the end of the day.
