Very Busy

Pros

Weekends off, holiday's off, full time - 20 days vacation to use after five years, they used to have a nice bench mark every quarter ( extra money if your office met 3 different areas) but they took that away, which is very sad. Summer events are nice.

Cons

Very busy, under staffed, lots to do not enough people to do it. Took away benchmarks that everyone looked forward too. Lots of money gets wasted on dumb things like new bunn coffee pots for all the offices and a coffee service. People would of rather had a benchmark, especially the one we all worked for the 1st quarter. That we didnt get. That started this year , we hear its being revamped but nothings happed yet. Every company has its goods and bads, or favoritism or lack of advancement, or wrong people in their titles, over all it's a decent place to work but deffinetly needs work to keep people.

Thank you for your review and your constructive feedback! We understand how important time off can be so our employees can recharge and spend time with their families, so we are happy to offer competitive time off benefits! You are correct, we did revamp our incentive program starting in March 2019, and as of June 2019, have rolled out a new incentive program for our valued employees. We feel this new incentive program will be beneficial to both our employees and our organization. We strive to find the very best staff to provide quality services for our patients and also encourage our employees to further their education or skills through internal job/promotion opportunities and tuition reimbursement programs. If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to reach out directly to the PHN Human Resources’ Department.

Disappointed

Pros

The only pro that I can mention is the clientele that came into the office. Nothing for the company itself.

Cons

Forced to work beyond normal expectations with limited staff, unskilled personnel expected to jobs outside of their scope. Poor salary and opportunities for growth. To much Caddiness and immaturity!
