Pay, management, other staff such as supervisors, gossiping, multi-managing, hostile work environment

Monday through Friday, paid holidays

Cons

Unreasonable workload, no ability for overtime, understaffing, low pay, pay cuts, company wastes money, no support, double standards, no inflation pay increases, closing down sites

You are correct, we did revamp our incentive program starting in March 2019, and as of June 2019, have rolled out a new incentive program for our valued employees. We feel this new incentive program will be beneficial to both our employees and our organization. Pros

The only pro that I can mention is the clientele that came into the office. Nothing for the company itself.

Cons

Forced to work beyond normal expectations with limited staff, unskilled personnel expected to jobs outside of their scope. Poor salary and opportunities for growth. To much Caddiness and immaturity!
