      Pros

      Great mission. No micromanagement for certain employees. Vacation benefit was nice. I enjoyed most of my coworkers. Promoted from within and allowed me to manage offices closer to my home. Really does good work in the communities we served.

      Cons

      Low pay for middle management but HIGH pay for executive team. Executive team was full of thieves, it was all over the news. Some were fired….others are still there. Pretty embarrassing. Management team sleeping with each other, and being allowed to supervise their significant others.
