Pros

Remote work with occasional local travel. Great work life balance.

Cons

If you are looking for financial or professional growth this is not the place for you. No consistency is tracking activities. HIGHLY redundant. Systems and SOP's change almost every year. Lots of "busy" work. No upward mobility. EXTREAMLY low pay. Continually adding territories to your workload with no compensation. Expected to sell products with no commission. No raises. VERY low bonus structure.
