Best dead end job I've ever had

Pros

It can be a fun place to work as a full-time employee because you're constantly interacting with young, brilliant teachers. The work can be rewarding since occasionally TPR offers classes for underprivileged or disadvantaged students. Great PTO package. Good benefits (401K, medical, dental, vision)

Cons

Senior management has absolutely no idea what they're doing. There is no strategy, and once a strategy is announced, it is changed almost immediately. Promotions are solely based on who likes you. HR is afraid to get involved with morale issues. The company is bleeding cash. Pay is well below the average for similar positions in marketing, sales, operations, etc.

Pros

They are very flexible, the pay is alright, the freedom they provide teachers is generous.

Cons

The material is only so so, the pay isn't as good as comparable places and is downright bad when compared to others.
