It seems like total anarchy in management. Pay issues are a chronic problem. So is technical support, and this is for instructors, never mind the students! HR is very poor at responding to employees' questions and concerns.
Teaching plans are very poorly coordinated. Last minute emails and phone calls to schedule 2+ hour long classes seem the norm. That leaves almost no prep time for instructors.
Also, I thought instructors would by better trained, but in fact two 8-hr sessions over a single weekend are deemed sufficient. I trained with several ppl with dubious credentials - watching them teach, I saw them make some basic mistakes in their chosen subject. That was concerning, especially b/c kids are paying several thousands for these classes.
