Pros

The Princeton Review is a great place to work. I work with a fine group of highly intelligent, relatively young people who are committed to the mission of helping students get into their top choice colleges/graduate/professional schools. Nothing beats knowing that you have made an invaluable positive impact on countless lives.

Cons

There has been quite a bit of turnover at all levels in the past; however, management realized this was a problem and has taken proactive steps to ensure more stability. I believe the trend has ended.
