Too much interference by top management. No trust on employees. Flexibility provided with lots of conditions. Mostly short term projects No defined career path as an employee. You will be forced to step everywhere and do all kinds of work which may not be interesting. Very less learning. Company is more or less run by candidate who does not have good managerial skills . Agree to lot of people in here who have complained about the work culture. Subordinates are not treated well and this is very true, PS : I left this company few months ago and wanted to leave feedback for the new potential OPT folks who may join this company at times to get a job desperately.

Promised which they made is never going to be true!!!After spending 8 years of my IT experience I don't know how I got into this.Recruiters tells you something else before joining the company and after you go there its totally opposite atmosphere.One man dictatorship is 100% true.I worked more than 12 hours in my previous projects and I do not mind to work same like that if I like working atmosphere.Here I do not feel to go to office because of micro management. Senior management does not know how to talk with employees.My advice please do not transfer your H1 to this company ever.
