Pros

Great team, great money, easy when you learn your stuff.

Cons

We used to have full health benefits and that was amazing, but owner changed the policy a couple years ago. Employees who reach an average of 30 hours per week will get to keep their benefits.

Pros

The food is good. I have to write a 20 word minimum so the food is good and drinks are usually good.

Cons

I was a Host for a short period and it was horrible. Thought it was just me but after speaking to coworkers found out that everyone hates working here. Cried coming home everyday after working here for first two weeks because coworkers are just pointlessly rude and unprofessional. Managers are nice but are definitely not leaders. Won't teach, won't support and are condescending. People like working for privately owned companies cause they're more lax, but this one has no leadership and no direction so workers get left behind. There is no upward movement whatsoever no matter how hard you work so do not believe them when they tell you there is in the interview. And the ladies upstairs are out of touch and so judgey. In the 5 years they've been open only one person ever has moved up, so please if you're expecting anything more than a paycheck do not work here. Such a horrible environment I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

no one cares anymore

Pros

when i started at the ranch, everyone was excited to work there. by the time i left, everyone hated the place.

Cons

Everyone that works here hates their job here currently. If you don't believe me, schedule an all team meeting, pass out an anonymous survey, and see just how much everyone hates working here. The passion and creativity in this place is dead. People make less money than they used to make. No one cares. About anything. It's one giant building full of robots going through the motions. I left because I was tired of standing around all night on an overstaffed floor with nothing to do. I make the same amount of money now at a popular brunch spot where everyone actually loves coming to work. It's amazing. The ranch, much like extron, seems to think that its not actually important how much anyone likes their jobs. But in showing that they dont care, theyve created this entire staff full of people that spend there entire shift in a bad mood, not caring about the product nor the message or really anything for that matter.
