I loved dealing with passengers as well as driving the bus.

if there was a problem on bus, driver was normally guilty until proven that the driver was right

Who wouldn't love being able to make a higher salary without having a college degree?

Cons

Disrespected by customers, no backup from supervisors, which leads to an unsafe work environment for the drivers. Supervisors talk down and look down on the drivers as if they are better because they sit in an office all day.
