Pros

Great people, some pretty cool perks, it's a big reputable brand that is the center of the music industry.

Cons

Hard to move up, somewhat behind the times as far as technology and workflow. Pay isn't great unless you are VP or above.

Pros

Relaxed office atmosphere. Great perks like concerts, lots of time off, aggressive 401k matching, etc. Rewarding and challenging work.

Cons

A dinosaur of a company. Much of upper management is out of touch and disinterested. The company as a whole is very resistant to change. Departments that need to work with one another are often times at odds. This siloing, coupled with the fact that politics and tenure generally outweigh experience and competence, results in some key executives being frighteningly inept at their jobs. Also, a 9am - 6pm work day is too long. 9-5 should be standard.

Pros

Great Perks for events and working with musicians. Fantastic team and work environment - very familial feel.

Cons

Upper management slow to change. Can get buried in the details of trying to run the same reports over and over again. (Need to find ways to streamline data collection and improve inefficiencies.)
