Pros

Nice perks for music fans, fun people, work life balance depends on the department/supervisor.

Cons

Struggling to be more diverse and inclusive. Top heavy and male dominated.

Pros

Really solid benefits Decent work life balance

Cons

Salary isn't great because it is a non profit. Use contracts and temps to get out of giving out those sweet benefits. Saw a lot of people stuck in the temp cycle. Hard to move up the food chain because people stay at the company for decades.

Pros

You're cleaning the estates of some interesting houses around southern california. It's interesting being able to do that.

Cons

The boss Wendy is a petty tyrant. She feels entitled to belittle her employees, work them ragged (should she feel like giving you the hours, stay on her nice side), while filing them as independent contractors (that's so she doesn't have to pay taxes on the income she's already stiffing you on. They should be listed as W2 employees.)
