Pros

Working for an organization that embraces and nurtures artistic talent has been a rewarding experience. The colleagues I've encountered are a blend of bright minds, visionaries, and those who know how to inject enjoyment into their work. Attending the GRAMMYs was certainly a highlight.

Cons

The current absence of a definitive organizational goal makes unity a challenge. It's notable that the various departments maintain a degree of separation, lacking a cohesive guiding principle. Encouragingly, the recent change in leadership vowed to enhance multiple facets of our operations, commencing with a commitment to staff welfare. Regrettably, conflicts of interest abound, potentially impeding the prospect of meaningful progress. Yet, tangible actions will invariably outshine mere rhetoric.
