Pros

People are generally talented and great to work with. Getting to go to the awards show is an amazing experience.

Cons

A lot of office politics, little to no incentives for the organization to grow since it is essentially a nonprofit. If KPI's aren't hir YoY everyone still gets their paychecks.

Due to it being a non-profit I did not make as much as i wanted to.
