Pros

I love my team & the uniqueness of my specific job scope. It's great to work among so many talented people.

Cons

Happy to see pay benchmarked against market averages in this not-for-profit. That said, Los Angeles cost-of-living means that average makes it extremely challenging to stay in this city responsibly & be able to continue at this position I enjoy.

Pros

Its actually a pretty small company that has no direct competitors and is always profitable. This allows you step out of your comfort zone and take risks.

Cons

It's the entertainment business can be seen as an "old boys club" though the company is making strides to change that.
