NOT A GOOD COMPANY

Pros

They’ll interview anyone with a resume.

Cons

1. Bad company to work for 2. ZERO incentives 3. ZERO pay increases. There was a freeze on pay increases for 18 months 4. They demand 50 completed interviews weekly or threaten to fire you. 5. Low ball the unemployed with pay. No one can survive on $15/hour yet they push these jobs on people meanwhile behind the scenes they’re collecting $20/hour for you from their clients. 6. No moral 7. Constantly raising the threshold to meet requirements to earn bonuses and then change the requirements so that you never meet them 8. In-house training is HORRIBLE!! 9. They acquired Celebrity Staff, used them for their clients and then laid off 90% of the employees once their 18 month contractual obligation was up. 10. Made empty promises to acquired employees and immediately failed to fulfill said promises such as keeping the unlimited PTO (without consequence), pay raises, and keeping insurance affordable which was a far cry from what they did.
