The Reserves Network reviews

I paid for my urine test. I paid for my background check. My last pay check was reduced to minimum wage costing me almost $500. I needed a police escort in order to retrieve my toolbox and personal belongings, as Reserves Network manager said I was not allowed back on site and It would be several weeks before they could pick it up. I apparently e-signed paperwork that I have never seen or given any copies of, including a minimum wage declaration, background check fees, do not return policy and many others depending on where they want your signature to end up. I e-signed a pad that they told me was for my I-9 documents. They have attorneys on standby to discern anyone thinking of challenging there deceptive ways. My final termination was for missing a Monday. Take it or leave it attitude they do not care about their employees.

This company does not appreciate their employees. High turnover. Low compensation for the amount of work assigned--not willing to pay. Poor benefits. Management is not qualified for managerial duties--not knowledgable with company policy or database. Lies to employees and temp workers. No work ethics. No room for growth within this company. Outdated technology. I would not recommend wasting your time here. Business for TRN is slow. I don't see this company staying in business for too much longer.
