Company is big but acts as if they are small.

Pros

There is great work/home life balance. Vacation package was great.

Cons

They have/had a huge branding problem. Are they TRN Technical or The Reserves Network? Also, there is a disconnect between Sr. Mgmt and the branch. Not big enough to compete with other services in the area, yet act as if they are. Losing their identity as a service and are all over the place. Ownership double dips.

Pros

Friendly staff, most everyone (from CEO on down) are willing to listen, and you're never just a number. Relatively laid back work environment.

Cons

Lack of training, lack of structure from senior management on down, not entirely competitive salary. There seems to be a general lack of consistency from upper levels of management to the rest of the company.
