Pros

Work-Life Balance, ability to tackle new projects. Generally you can talk with anyone from CEO to cleaning staff and everyone will listen.

Cons

Slow for impactful change, lack of training. It's very difficult to get trained on cross training platforms and development and understanding suffer because of it

Throughout my time I have had this company I have had issues with the following: 1. Certain management techniques (micromanagement) 2. Inter company communication 3. Not enough PTO
