Pros
There is a great staff of people at the store that became like a family to me. The support of the staff to help each other is great. The rotating schedule is fine as long as you are used to it.
Cons
Awful management. Vague job descriptions with no guidelines and then demeaning employees for not knowing what is expected of them. Changing the store to "improve" look but irritating customers. Pushing out small businesses while telling the employees to push sales in them. Promoting favorited employees but giving them no responsibility and then heaping expectations and duties into other employees with no gratification or promotion opportunities.
