      We believe in doing the right thing and providing a work environment where all employees are treated fairly and have the opportunity to grow. We are disappointed to hear that this was not your experience. Although The Restaurant Store has multiple managers in place to manage daily operations, employees have a direct supervisor who is the best point of contact for questions and direction. The Restaurant Store offers paternity leave along with a competitive benefits package. Your feedback been shared with management for further review.

      Pros

      You know there’s absolutely no pro working here. Well except the fact that they have to pay you

      Let’s see , where to start. The people , were god awful . Very much so a dude bro atmosphere, with a side of pretentiousness. Everyone there either has an “I’m the best” attitude or “whoa is me” attitude . Nothing in between . Not to mention the discrimination that anyone who had an ounce of color had to face over the white ones . Just not a good vibe

      Pros

      Sometimes free food from customers. Not a challenging job, what you put into it is what you get out of it. Good coworkers

      Cons

      I was expected to be a manager without having a management title. Expect to do more work than what you are responsible for. Management is ok, poor communication.
