      Thank you for sharing your feedback. We work to offer our employees a job that allows them to be able to support themselves and their families, but that also allows them to live their lives outside of work. As a company, we provide training in leadership, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC Personality Assessment, management, and more! When our employees feel they need a better understanding on training, we encourage them to approach their managers with questions and feedback. This allows us to continue to grow and provide the best training that we can in all aspects of our company.

      Pros

      Company invests in its employees (gives employees money to pay off student debt, sends employees to industry events). Training is diverse and done well (sales training, product knowledge, DiSC training). Benefits are great including PTO, paid holidays, off every Sunday and a strong 401k. Upper management are smart and their approach to running this business is modern and up to date. Getting to be a part of the community by building relationships with local business owners and giving money to local charities gives your job more purpose. Management is good at acknowledging hard workers and promoting those who are deserving.

      Cons

      The growth makes keeping the store adequately staffed one of the biggest challenges. Working Saturdays.
