      Easy job, good benefits, pay is good and you learn a lot

      Cons

      They claim they are big on teamwork. But they aren’t. If there is an issue they won’t try to talk to you to help u improve. They will talk behind your back and plan to get rid of you.

      inconsistent direction from management. Branch managers show favoritism
