We strive to be a best-in-class physical environment for our employees, which is why we have a robust PTO, health insurance, and a twice-yearly shoe reimbursement. Pros

Decent pay, a lot of PTO, a lot of benefits and holiday gifts. Potluck was fun. Free food from management.

Cons

They promote the most self centered, ego driven, and boomer behavior managers that disgusts every new young employee onto the team. Passive racism, racist jokes, sexist jokes, overworking staff, and turnover is ridiculous. No one lasts more than 4 months here. There is one manager for every 2 employees. Imagine having 4 on your back everyday. Then have customers complain about the managers for not giving any personal communication. If you report to manager or HR about this, they just talk it over but give you a negative review or lower your pay.

Looks can be deceiving

Pros

Really good pay and excellent benefits package. They are stingy with who they hire so for the most part you work along side quality people.

Cons

Unless you are their type of person, you can only go so far. Big “boys club” mentality with management. Qualified African Americans always get overlooked for promotions. People in the corporate offices are drunk on the kool aid and don’t want to admit to the issues at the store level.
