If you're a good worker, you will get abused. Your lead & supervisor will give you difficult sets. Very little to know instruction or training, they expect you to be psychic. Rules don't apply to everyone. They have a no earphone policy, but some people get away w/them and others don't. Nepotism is rampid. I would not recommend this job to anyone unless they are desperate. The hiring process is a joke, most people never stay around long enough to even meet their manager. The turn over rate is like nothing I have ever seen and they pay peanuts. I make $.50 over minimum wage and I've been there almost 6yrs. People who start today make the same as I do. You may get 4hrs a day, you may get 10hrs a day., you'll get whole weeks off during the year. ie: Easter, Thanksgiving thru New Years.
