Remote role is a nice job

Pros

If you don’t live in miami where headquarters is located, it’s a great remote role.

Cons

Easier to recruit remotely then in office and it affects your bonus payout (commute limits hours working and office participation etc does too). The company is definitely in a transitional period and job security is questionable.

Great opportunity for remote work

Pros

My manager is fantastic and very supportive. Flexible work schedule as long as you meet weekly goal.

Cons

They move you around a lot from program to program and it is very inconsistent.
