Poor communications between departments. Poor upper management, no strategy, only cutting costs and personnel. Difficult future

Couldn't pay suppliers in a timely manner, causing issues and lack of leverage. Also, caused deteriorating supply base.

Too heartbroken and shocked to think of any pros. Some coworkers who’ve worked here for 20 plus years got laid off after new leadership came in. 2 months salary!! Horrible and heartless.
