Workers on the floor are some of the best people you will find. Get to take pride in your work, and work every part of that machine inside and out till it leaves the plant. Opportunity to learn multiple skills that highly benefit you in future employment.

Cons

No respect for hourly employees, extremely poor management, no tools, no parts, large layoffs with no warning with 1 week severance pay, no raises for years at a time. Often expected to perform miracles with nothing, which we did for years.
