      Limited Training

      Pros

      Plenty of work to keep time passing, great experience in training new staff members on different roles

      Cons

      Barely any training for management aspects of job, thrown into role without much run down on things the regular associates would need to be shown how to do, senior managers couldn't even do jobs of part time associates

      >lack of professionalism from Managers >Managers are very unorganized >no sense of teamwork more like everyone for themselves >other will view and appreciate your merits more than your managers >unfair work being distributed >Management is too personal and it reflects on decisions
