We feel a little strange saying it (because of course we're bias), but since you said it first, we're going to echo - we think we're not all that bad, either =). While we're not perfect and are always working on ways to be better, we appreciate the recognition of our culture. It's something very important to us.

For What It's Worth

Pros

-Get to work in a unique environment's everyday -Have the opportunity to work with all different types of people (different cultures, different races, different economic backgrounds) -Get to opportunity to affect our visitors in a positive way to better their experiences -Lot's of opportunity for growth from seasonal part time to full time management -We are socially and environmentally responsible -Company is growing rapidly giving even more internal growth opportunities -We look inside the company first for promotions before bring in people from the outside -Culture from top level management is filtered down to the front line staff -We have opportunities all over the United States Top level management knows what it means to work on the front line/they can relate to our front line staff -Very trendy with retail product and food trends -Great full time benefits (affordable insurance and 401k)

Cons

-Most of our jobs are seasonal and start at minimum wage -Affordable Care Act has really affected our employee's -Continue to look at POS integration
