Pros

Getting to be outside, kind co-workers, food voucher

Cons

Management will tell you that you are up for a promotion for months and then go behind your back and give it away to someone else, when you put in your two weeks you are told not to come back even though you have been a loyal employee for a year and a half. Claims they are advocates for mental health but you will get talked to like you are getting in trouble for having mental health issues. An not to mention pay is absolutely terrible.

Pros

It was a great starting point to get a better opportunity with client

Cons

Corporate gaslighting when something is brought to higher management . The conversation quickly turns to you not supporting your General manger and negative behavior even discriminatory towards you and comment made by upper management gets swept under the rug. Actual mental and emotional stressors are created and you don’t feel safe speaking up for yourself. Company masks low pay by the way they title a position. Major lack of training and the expectations are unrealistic when you haven’t been trained there is no real standards by which to operate they claim there are but where are they ???? Sad when client is giving you a path to work towards to and set you up to take over a position that will be opening up . Making 6 times more than the current company you work for.
