Few jobs are in the area so some may consider it a lucky position.

Cons

There is almost 0 room for growth within the company. If the location is low on staff they will work you down with no raise and cutting you before you get overtime. If they do have staff you will be lucky to get a full 40hrs. Upper management at ssa is extremely lazy and seem to treat location visits as vacations while improving nothing in the time they are there. Upper management is also know for pushing out lower admin and cooks they personally do not like and encouraging favoritism
