      Pros

      People in the company genuinely care. Competitive pay makes up for no housing concessions. Fun/competitive environments helps with growth and creativity. If you own your role, there is plenty of room for advancement. When you get corporate support, they come in and teach you what they're doing so your team can replicate the results and continue to have success.

      Cons

      The work hours can be overwhelming if you're not ready for them. You can feel like a small fish in a big pond if you don't put yourself out there. Hiring process takes too long to fill vacant positions.

      You become part of the Scion family Regional manager is always willing to assist when needed Always are kept in the loop of things happening in the company Never feel afraid to reach out to anyone within the company at times of need You have the opportunity to move up within the company or transfer to a vacant position at another property

      Specific just to the property I work at, the working environment issue has gone unhandled

      Pros

      Always understanding, even corporate is very down to earth. They are super encouraging, and actually want to take the time and money to invest in your future with the company to grow. So many opportunities to grow within and move.
