      All over the country for relocation

      Cons

      Too expensive for bad products, hard to sell. Also corporate and management would never take their employees concerns seriously.

      Short Staffed, Inadequate Maintenance Program, Unrealistic Expectations

      General Manager was good to work with. Uniforms are provided

      Cons

      Regional management more worried about amount of work orders completed vs. quality of work which is evident by inspections of past repairs. Job title was incorrect for position. Maintenance Manager is more like a Maintenance Lead. Expected to perform physical work 60 % of the time instead of managing a very large complex. Very few if any OSHA required programs in place No maintenance plan or procedures in place Inadequate CMMS program. No inventory program in place. Very run down and out of date facility. Underpaid maintenance technicians. Remember you get what you pay for. Happy Force - JOKE
