Regrettably, my time working here was a negative experience. The job's expectations were not transparent at all. Training was minimal, forcing employees to learn on the fly. While hired as a leasing agent, I found myself performing tasks far beyond that role - from cleaning to plumbing and carpentry. Rather than employing professional services, they relied on student workers for these tasks. We were often tasked with jobs like spackling walls and painting without adequate equipment. Furthermore, the lack of a consistent and reliable schedule added to the challenges.
