Only here 6 months but so far I love the company.

Solid consistent schedule with weekends off (every other weekend) and paid holidays, decent benefits

Cons

Little below what I needed for startout but was told that ahead of time. Would love a chance at more overtime (we get significant overtime for about 4 weeks during "Turn" in August)
