- Company is far too large and greedy, to see employees as humans. Everyone is just another number. -High stress and low reward job. -Constantly increases work load with no compensation -Extremely high turnover rate due to not training and valuing employees -This company has a shady, corrupt leasing process. They allow college students to sign a lease and by bound to a contract, before even showing proof of financial qualification. This means, this can be held liable for a contract, without being qualified for it.

Easy work (calling, emailing, working with onsite teams). Good managers who provide feedback. Good software (Entrata tracking). Decent pay for the work.

Cons

Work life balance sometimes gets a little sideways when it comes to Turn season.
