Pros
The Boston team at Sheridan is fantastic -- full of smart, talented people. You will never be bored. Weekly architecture meetings are fast paced and free flowing and the best ideas rise to the top. You have the opportunity to develop all the way up (or down) the stack. You can work on everything from the UI to deployment tools, and everything in between. Developers are given a lot of authority in terms of design and implementation. A real meritocracy. I learned so much here! Benefits are good, flexible work from home or work remotely, extra time off around the holidays.
Cons
Client focused work can involve some back and forth, which has its own set of challenges, but ultimately isn't that big of a deal.
