Business Outlook
Pros
The company keeps up with changing technology and also the changing landscape of the print industry.
Cons
Management does not always seem in touch with realities of daily business. Often when looking into areas they will become lost in small detail and lose site of large production issues. Information seems very guarded and leads to a very negative outlook by many employees. Pay pay cuts and benefit reductions have not helped this outlook. Sheridan is comprised of four print shops each with its own specialty, and often upper management tries to run them all alike even tough it seems obvious to mos this does not work.
