They added some new used equipment...

Cons

They won’t hire anyone... they won’t give raises and blame the union for that... they have owned us for a year now and no changes in middle management where the real issues are...

Pros

A great intro to the publishing industry. The Waterbury office is beautiful and you are part of a terrific, friendly team.

Cons

The pay is not ideal, especially for VT's cost of living. Don't have high expectations.
