Pros

The remnants of a once great printer

Cons

Once good magazine printer now directionless and sliding downhill Poor upper management, not hungry at all and coasting on a shrinking market

Pros

I'm honestly not sure of any. The environment was stodgy and dull, the people in charge aren't very competent in areas where they are supposed to be subject matter experts. The company expects extreme loyalty and if you inquire into compensation or promotion possibilities, people behaved as if they were personally offended.

Cons

This company went very far out of their way to hide the terrible financial trouble they were in, paid very low wages and had no appreciation for their employees. Some of the managers were basically abusive, and some of the directors were narcissistic. Unrealistic expectations for company outlook, employee expectations, and people were often fired for personal grudges.
