Employee discount which comes in handy with those crazy expensive crepes! All the people I worked with were amazing, love the downtime chats :)

Cons

All the normal cons of customer service - spoiled college kids, complaining customers, etc.

There are some awful people that work there. Pay is bad. Most folks are stressed and working check to check, even managers.

Free food, one could easily get away with talking about literally anything or doing anything in the back because most managers were not present

Cons

Not paid enough for the amount of labor we put in, especially when doing closing shifts. Working with college kids means unnecessary oversharing, not a lot of consistency thru out the multiple managers… most managers understanding but some either lashed out irrationally or had very little assertion skills
