The Standard reviews

The workload is unbearable! Currently I have over 120 active claims, on top of the 20 pending claims that I need to make a decision on. It is so hard to stay on top of these claims, when we are constantly getting up to 4 + new claims a week. Not to mention having to stay on top of monthly reports, MRD, RTD, etc. Our recent 2015 employee survey revealed that many of the workers here plan to leave within the next 12 months. If you are considering working here, please reconsider. It is not worth the headache or the stress for low pay and out of touch upper management. The CEO is horrible and is running this company to the ground!

Standard’s Toxic Bosses who will demoralize you. They are constantly looking for ways to backstab you and breakdown your self-worth into a dog. There are no promotions except for favoritism to incompetent individuals with weak skill sets. Since the Toxic Bosses have messed up personal lives they will have the tendencies to make your life miserable at work. Do not listen to the job interviewer(s) and hiring manager(s) who are telling you that Standard is a good environment and fill you up with false promises. Standard’s long term employees, especially middle and top management positions, are those employees that no other company would want to hire. So that is why long term management employees are stuck in Standard for so long. In Standard, that would be anyone who had been working there for at least 7 years. You will have no proper training because the directors and managers do not know or understand the projects. They will tell you to go find some old paperwork done by a competent former employee who quit years ago. They only care about protecting their paycheck. You will not even get a work reference. Don’t make the mistake in working for Standard. It will ruin you and your career. You have to pay for parking. Parking can be over $3,000 a year. The Company does not pay for coffee. You can’t fix arrogance, selfishness, and personality flaws. Management is only concern in protecting their jobs, in other words covering their behinds.
