Ethical Fade has overtaken the culture. Woefully inaccurate data is producing rampant errors impacting consumers.

Good people in the lower ranks but talent development and retention is bad especially with minorities.

Cons

Ethical fade, unfounded bias permeates the leadership culture. Most leaders do not know the business well enough to lead it and lack true management skill. Upper and senior management turns a blind eye to reality and lets unfounded commentary persist in the absence of facts.

Some great people are employed there. Fair with the work/life balance

Cons

Horrible senior management is CS. You are good if you are a part of the 'boys club'. Sr Management tends to throw their non senior managers under to protect themselves. HR is really no different. Have witnessed them go after an employee for no reason and turned it into a witch hunt to save the Sr manager. These groups are a complete embarrassment to the company.
