Cons

not always sustainable caseloads/ organization. Minimal to no mentor ship until crises occur/ after the fact generic brainstorming of advice. You have to make it work for you/ teach yourself, and be okay with isolation from other professionals/ adults.

Great staff, and will have your back if you have any issues. Easy going.

Cons

I DID NOT communicate effectively regarding summer school, leaving me with NO income—terrible communication. No room for growth to make more money. Your pay is set in stone.
