      Pros

      I have been with SSG since the merger of companies, and it has been a good experience. I feel supported, and the school district that I work for is also great to work for. Compensation has been good with a yearly increase. They strongly supported the staff during the difficult time and provided staff with stimulus pay during the pandemic, which was a huge help. This company is definitely worth five stars for the clinical support they provide

      Supportive and Fair Compensation

      Pros

      This is the first time I have felt that I make the money I deserve as a teacher. This company negotiated on my behalf with the district to get me a very competitive pay rate. They are also very supportive, contacting me regularly to see how things are going and how I can be better supported.

      Cons

      I am sometimes embarrassed to let other know how much I make because I know it is much higher than they are paid.
