      remote work, straight forward, coworkers are nice/helpful,

      a mess in many aspects, very disorganized, no formal training just learn as you go, certain managers can be difficult, lots of changes suddenly, agency cares more about money and not quality of work, no room for promotions, high volume

      I love the coworkers I work with. KPI's are great for seeing achievement, remote, training was great at least for me

      Cons

      Management is very inconsistency with procedures on how things should be done and follow up is far in between on issues , no accountability,Pay could be higher for the amount of work, if your not favored no room for growth
