You don't have to go through the evaluation process. Good for someone with a lot of experience, wouldn't recommend for a newer employee due to lack of support.

Cons

Expected to come in early and leave later like a regular employee, not compensated as well as other disciplines, no educational or work experiences factored into salary.

I had a very horrible experience. I was promised so much and they did not deliver. I have no idea who to speak to. Where you all even located? My emails get forwarded and forwarded and there seems to be no solutions. You are not responsive at all. I need so much help in my district and no one is there to help or assist me. My caseloads are insane. I have no one to turn to for help. I have been fed lies. Wolf in sheep clothing.
