Some of the best reasons to work here were the organization and good people to work for.

Cons

I could never tell whether they wanted me to work there on a consistent basis. Also you cannot tell what is the hierarchy of the organization. The instructional materials were unorganized. Hard to figure out the "Onboarding" process.

This is a great place to start working if you are transitioning out of teaching. It has been a breath of fresh air. I love the team I work with and really enjoy leadership. It is a very professional environment. I would recommend to anyone.

Cons

Entry level pay but there is a lot of promise about advancement so I am hoping it pays off.
